When you say spoken English, you need to understand that there are two ways to communicate in any language. The first way is to talk with the person orally. When you speak and the other person listens or vice versa; this is oral communication. When you talk to the other person by writing your thoughts on a piece of paper and sharing it with the other person in order to read it; this is called written communication.
When you talk about learning English, there are two types of English which most of the people will tell you. The language which you use to talk to your friends and family members and use it in your life as a way to say your heart out whenever and wherever you wish to, regardless of the words you use or the mistakes you make as in spoken English, not every time you are required to be hundred percent correct to speak.
